1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Hopblox's services — including our Minecraft network, website, and Discord integrations — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree, you should not use the service.

2 Description of Service

Hopblox provides access to a connected Minecraft network experience, allowing players to move between multiple servers, interact with others, and use features such as Teams, web-based server selection, and Discord integrations.

Hopblox does not host or guarantee ownership of all individual servers within the network.

3 Eligibility

You must comply with all applicable laws and platform rules — including Minecraft's and Discord's terms of service — when using Hopblox. By using the service, you represent that your use is lawful in your jurisdiction.

4 User Conduct

By using Hopblox, you agree not to:

• Exploit bugs or unintended mechanics
• Harass, abuse, or harm other players
• Attempt to disrupt or compromise the network
• Use automated tools or cheats that impact fair gameplay
• Violate any applicable laws or third-party terms

5 Account & Access

• Access to Hopblox is tied to your Minecraft account and system-generated user ID
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of any optional web account credentials
• We may restrict or revoke access at any time (see Section 6)

6 Suspension and Termination

Hopblox reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban users at its sole discretion, with or without notice, and without obligation to provide justification.

7 Availability & Service Changes

• Hopblox is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, uptime, or availability
• Services may experience downtime, maintenance, or unexpected outages

We may also:

• Modify, add, or remove features at any time
• Change how the network operates without prior notice

8 Future Monetization

Hopblox is currently free to use. However:

• We reserve the right to introduce paid features, subscriptions, or premium services in the future
• Features that are currently free may become paid or restricted over time
• Any such changes will be communicated where appropriate before taking effect

9 Third-Party Services

Hopblox may integrate with or rely on third-party platforms such as Minecraft and Discord. We are not responsible for:

• Third-party outages or failures
• Changes in third-party services or policies
• User accounts managed outside of Hopblox

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hopblox and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Loss of data, progress, or in-game assets
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service

11 No Warranties

We provide the service without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including:

• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Reliability or availability
• Error-free operation

12 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will post changes on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of Hopblox after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
